Costco had diaper sale a few months ago and the person handing out free samples pretty much told me they are made by Huggies. I've used both Huggies cruisers (or whatever they are called) and Kirkland side by side and the only difference I can spot is the generic pattern vs Mickey Mouse on the front.

I am currently using Costco diapers and love them. Haven't had any problems using them or the wipes on my DD. Much cheaper than Pampers or Huggies too (comes out to $.15/diaper).

Kirkland diapers are basically Huggies. If you order them through costco they ship from Kimberly-Clark which makes Huggies. We've used them interchangeably, buying whichever is cheaper. When Huggies go on sale they're cheaper than Kirkland regular price, and Kirkland diapers go on sale much less often. level 2.
